All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors without prior notice.


Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States (and additional regions as listed at checkout).
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, followed by standard shipping times based on your location.

SaltLight Candles is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or carrier services

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit, as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, product names, photos, and graphics — is the property of SaltLight Candles and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

Our website is hosted on Wix.com, which provides the eCommerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

We are not responsible for third-party links, services, or websites that may be accessed through our site.

SaltLight Candles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) purchased.

 

Always burn candles responsibly:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended

  • Keep away from flammable materials, pets, and children

  • Follow the candle safety instructions included with your order
