Our Responsibility: A Commitment to Sustainability & Clean Ingredients
Clean-Burning Soy Candles, Handcrafted with Care in Michigan
At SaltLight Candles, we believe that what goes into our candles matters just as much as the light they bring into your home. Our commitment to sustainability, quality ingredients, and thoughtful craftsmanship guides every candle we create.
Hand-poured in small batches in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, our candles are crafted with 100% natural, Midwest-grown soy wax and carefully selected fragrances. Our candles are made without parabens or phthalates, and we prioritize fragrance ingredients that meet applicable IFRA safety standards. Every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen to create beautiful, long-lasting candles you can feel good about bringing into your home.
Sustainable Soy Wax, Naturally Better
We choose plant-based soy wax because it is a renewable resource that supports Midwest agriculture. As an alternative to petroleum-derived paraffin wax, soy wax aligns with our commitment to more environmentally conscious candle making.
Our handcrafted soy candles are designed to provide a beautiful fragrance experience and a slow, even burn when properly cared for.
Reusable Candle Jars, Less Waste
Our commitment to sustainability continues long after the last candle burns. SaltLight Candles feature semi-permanent labels designed to make repurposing your empty candle jars easier.
Give your SaltLight vessel a second life as a small planter, makeup brush holder, pen cup, or decorative accent. By encouraging reuse, we hope to inspire simple, meaningful ways to reduce waste and make more mindful choices.
Handcrafted with Purpose. Rooted in Responsibility.
At SaltLight Candles, sustainability is more than a promise. It's part of our mission to create faith-inspired, handcrafted soy candles that reflect care for our customers, our community, and God's creation.
When you choose SaltLight, you're supporting a small Michigan candle business dedicated to thoughtful ingredients, sustainable practices, and meaningful craftsmanship.
Made with intention. Poured with purpose. Created to shine His light.
