Our candles are hand-poured in small batches in Saint Clair Shores, MI using 100% natural, Midwest-grown soy wax. They’re completely free of parabens, cotton wax, and phthalates, and each fragrance is RIFM- and IFRA-approved to ensure the highest level of safety and purity—because your family and pets deserve nothing less.

We choose soy wax over beeswax for sustainability. Soy is a renewable, plant-based resource that supports Midwest farmers, burns cleaner, and offers an environmentally friendly alternative that doesn’t rely on stressed bee populations. This allows us to create long-lasting, clean-burning candles without impacting vital pollinators.

To further reduce waste, our labels are semi-permanent, making every SaltLight jar beautifully reusable. Whether it becomes a planter, pen holder, makeup brush cup, or cozy home décor piece, we love seeing how our vessels find a second life in your space.
