Warmer Safety:

• For indoor use only
• Do not leave unattended while in use
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Use only heat-safe containers or approved wax melts
• Surface will become hot—do not touch while in use
• Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Unplug when not in use

Wax Melt Use:

• Do not add water
• Do not overfill the dish
• Allow the wax to cool before removing
• Use only the recommended amount of wax

We currently ship orders within the United States (and additional regions as listed at checkout). Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, followed by standard shipping times based on your location.

SaltLight Candles is not responsible for:

Delays caused by postal or carrier services
Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit, as appropriate.
