To enjoy a clean, long-lasting, and safe burn from your SaltLight candle, please follow these care and safety guidelines:

• Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
• Allow the first burn to reach the edges to prevent tunneling.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
• Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep the wax pool free of debris.
• Stop use when ½ inch of wax remains.

We currently ship orders within the United States (and additional regions as listed at checkout). Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, followed by standard shipping times based on your location.
SaltLight Candles is not responsible for:
•    Delays caused by postal or carrier services
•    Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
•    Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
 

Our 7 ml Car Air Fresheners are filled with high-quality scented oils that deliver a long-lasting, enjoyable fragrance experience. Please follow the safety guidelines below to ensure proper use:

• Avoid Skin Contact
Fragrance oils may cause skin irritation. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water.

• Keep Out of Reach of Children & Pets
This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times.

• Do Not Ingest
The contents are not edible. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

• Prevent Spills & Surface Damage
Always keep the bottle upright. Spilled fragrance oil may damage surfaces such as wood, plastic, vinyl, or painted finishes. Clean any spills immediately.

• Use as Directed
Unscrew the wooden cap, remove the plastic stopper, and securely replace the cap before use. Tip the bottle briefly to allow the cap to absorb the oil, then return to an upright position.

• Avoid Over-Saturation
Do not leave the bottle tipped for extended periods, as this may cause leakage.

• Temperature Awareness
Avoid exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this may affect the product and increase the risk of leakage.

• Secure Placement
Ensure the air freshener is securely hung and does not obstruct driving visibility.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit, as appropriate.
