• Avoid moving the warmer while the wax is hot.
• Replace wax once the scent fades.

•    Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit, as appropriate.
